1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AimGod: Rogue website
(the “Site”), including the News, Wiki, Issue Tracker, and About pages, as well as any related
services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,
do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the
authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Login with Discord

Certain features require you to log in using Discord (“Discord Login”). Logging in may create
a Site account linked to your Discord account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity
that occurs via your Discord Login on the Site.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately via the Site’s contact
method or support channel.

4. User Content

The Services may allow you to submit content, including issue reports, comments, votes, and wiki
edits (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant AimGod: Rogue
a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting
and display), publish, and display your User Content for operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not
violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Issue Tracker, Voting, and Contributions

The Issue Tracker lets users submit issues, comment, and vote. You must be logged in with Discord
to vote or submit issues.

  • Votes are intended to signal priority and impact, not to guarantee a fix or timeline.
  • We may edit, re-categorize, merge, close, or remove issues to maintain clarity and quality.
  • Submitting an issue does not create an obligation to implement a feature or fix.

6. Wiki and Community Information

The Wiki may include community-created and developer-created information about AimGod: Rogue.
We do not guarantee the Wiki is accurate, complete, or up to date.

We may moderate, revise, or remove wiki content at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
  • Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
  • Use automated means to scrape, spam, or disrupt the Services.
  • Upload malware or attempt to interfere with site operations or security.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features (including voting and issue submission),
or block access if we believe you violated these Terms or to protect the Services and users.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, including Discord for authentication and
WordPress and its plugins for site functionality.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible
for third-party services or their availability.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by AimGod: Rogue and/or
its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by
law or with written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum
extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimGod: Rogue will not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred
directly or indirectly.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the
amount you paid (if any) to use the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services
at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated
Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is
established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
